Ethics Committee Application Process and Important Information

To ensure that your application process proceeds smoothly, please pay attention to the points outlined below when submitting your application to our Ethics Committee.

Application Steps
For your application to be considered valid, both a hard copy and a digital copy of your file must be submitted to the committee.
Hard Copy Submission:
Submit the original signed version of your application file to the Ethics Committee Secretariat in person.

Important Notes Regarding the Application
Submission Deadline:
Application documents must be delivered no later than 17:00 on the specified deadline date. Applications received after this time will be evaluated in the following term.
Application Follow-up and Revisions:
Following preliminary review, your application may require revisions. To ensure that your application is evaluated in the relevant month’s meeting, it is highly recommended that you regularly check the status of your file through the system or via your institutional e-mail address.
Application Intensity and Limitations:
During periods of high application volume, a maximum of two applications per researcher will be evaluated in the same meeting.
Applications that cannot be included in the agenda due to workload will be postponed to the next month’s meeting.
